Aaron Holding GmbH

Aaron Holding GmbH was founded in Vienna in 2005 as the family holding company of the founder and main shareholder, Dr. Rainer Maas, based in Vienna. Under the umbrella of Aaron Holding GmbH, numerous daughter-companies were founded in Austria, Germany and Poland, representing the various areas of activities of the company-group: in addition to the portfolio development, these are primarily real estate development (residentials, commercials, hotels), construction planning, construction consulting, property refurbishment, asset management, property management, leasing, brokerage, hotel operations and event management.

In the first few years, numerous properties, mainly located in Germany, were brokered to investors from all over Europe, generating a considerable volume of brokers commission fees.

At the same time, in the first years of the company-group, an own voluminous property portfolio was built up and optimised and some project developments in the residential, logistics and hotel sectors were carried out.

In the period from 2010 to 2017, a large residential project with a total volume of approx. 36,500 sqm net living-space and 450 parking-slots in 2 underground-parkings was realised in Dresden (PEGASUS project) and completely sold to owner-occupiers and investors.

The property portfolio (mainly apartment buildings, hotels, student residences) has been turned / restructured several times since 2005 in order to realise hidden reserves and thus build up wealth.

Currently, the Aaron-Company-Group’s real estate portfolio consists primarily of a large number of refurbished multi-family-houses of the so called “Gründerzeit” (1880 – 1910) in Dresden, Chemnitz, Weimar and Erfurt with a total volume of about 44,000 sqm.

All properties are managed by own housekeepers and property managers.

We will proceed purchasing properties according to our existing portfolio in the a.m. cities.

Additionally Aaron Holding GmbH is participating in several austrian and german companies, whose activities are outside of real estate range.
